The proposal for the redevelopment of the San Pedro Courthouse is for a mixed-use development that includes:

  • Market rate and affordable housing;
  • Joint use open space;
  • Street level retail space;
  • Location for a grocery store;
Union Project Labor Agreement

Genton Cockrum Partners are commited to using Union Labor for this project.
