Jefferson Tech is comprised of three light industrial buildings located in Culver City. Upon its completion in 2011, the project will contain approximately 75,000 square feet of creative office space reclaimed from a 1970’s-era complex. The project will be positioned to suit a variety of creative office tenants, who require a strategic location and an open-format environment.

The project was structured as a joint venture between Genton Property Group and an institutional investor. The $25 million project was acquired, entitled, and is owned by Genton.

Investment Strategy

The Jefferson Tech investment thesis is to capitalize on current demand for creative office space from entertainment, media, marketing and technology firms in the burgeoning West Los Angeles-Culver City market.
